PACO Foundation was established on 22 November 2021 following the death of Chief Pius Agaba Ocheuje, with the purpose of keeping his vision and legacies alive, particularly his love for education and human-capital development.
Through purposeful community interventions, the Foundation continues to preserve and advance the values associated with Chief Pius Agaba Ocheuje while creating opportunities and providing practical support to people in need.
